8 ounces turkey or chicken breast, thighs, legs or Cornish game hen
2 ounces Garlic & Herb Lemonaise® or Latin Lemonaise®
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley, cilantro, rosemary, or tarragon
Coat poultry with 1 ounce Lemonaise®.
Preheat broiler to high. Broil or grill 5-6 minutes. Apply remainingLemonaise®, turn, and broil 5-6 minutes more. Let rest 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh herbs.
Great for whole chicken and turkey too.
